• Serve business requests for Pricing operations to ensure timely availability of pricing data in ERP while meeting requirements of applicable pricing policy• Demonstrate performance that meets and exceeds the expectations of Business Groups according to Service Level Agreements• Proactively participate in work sessions where the business makes pricing structure-related decisions to ensure their feasibility and maintenance efficiency• Provide guidance and support to the Pricing Operations Specialists• Daily activities such as handling Pricing cases, Standard pricing calculation for customer offers (with approval from business), the New products price calculation, ERP setting of the Promotions and Deals (for all Business Groups, across fSEE), participation in Country List Price & Deal renewal processes for all Business Groups, across fSEE, maintaining/updating the system with rebates, customer classes)

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Pricing Operations Specialists• Trains, provides directions, and develops subordinates (team of 5 people))• Creates and implements, with management approval, new ideas, and methods to improve and develop processes for efficiency gains• Ensure the quality of work carried out by the team meets/exceeds expected quality/accuracy standards• Track KPIs and provide in-depth analysis, and give suggestions for the area to be improved• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the team members regularly• Drive systems compliance within the team• Daily activities such as handling Pricing cases, Standard pricing calculation for customer offers (with approval from business), the New products price calculation, ERP setting of the promotions & deals (for all Business Groups, across fSEE), participation in Country List Price & Deal renewal processes for all Business Groups, across fSEE, maintaining/updating the system with rebates, customer classes
