Leadventure 6.0 is an annual Local Conference organized by AIESEC, aimed at introducing interns to the AIESEC’s works, culture, and as part of their probation activities. This three-day, two-night event will be held from November 15-17, 2024, offline.As the Conference Committee Vice President Program, overseeing two staff members, my responsibilities include:1. Designing special event and supervising all event agendas for Leadventure 6.0.2. Collaborating with the Agenda Manager to create and finalize all agenda sessions.3. Searching and confirming external speakers and the event chair, and preparing Terms of Reference (ToR) and Letters of Agreement (LoA).4. Conducting onboarding sessions with external speakers and the event chair.5. Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Measures of Success (MoS) for all Program aspects.

☆ In charge of nurturing all the delegates and sign-ups of JoinAIESEC 2024 and ensuring their satisfaction high during AIESEC’s recruitment process☆ Designing the attraction booklet and the worksheets for the AIESEC’s recruitment process☆ First image of JoinAIESEC 2024 and promoting AIESEC to the new college students

☆ Concepting the Alumni Gathering Events and organizing the structure of the team while collaborating with AIESEC in Bandung☆ Nurturing the team by designing the sheets tracker, timeline, and all the documents needed for Audit and HearingDesigning a secure work environment for all the team, and ensuring their leadership journey throughout this event
