And as a Product Designer with more than ten years of experience in the tech industry.I helped companies build Products from zero to one and scale their business using User-centered Design, assisting companies to find traction while pushing conversion and retention. Some examples include:- I administrated and supervised a team of designers, products, and research at Electric8. As a Lead, I orchestrate the project from start to finish. My work involves user-centered design practice, building an information architecture for the client, integrating design thinking in the project, running the prototyping process, and interaction design. - One of the biggest projects at Electric8 was helping the biggest Telco company in Indonesia to do the Digital Transformation project from VP level to GM level (Involved for 9+ months from cohort 3 to cohort 9), resulted in over 150 people being coached, and 20+ business ideas were innate and sent to the board of directors. The project gets a positive outcome resulting in extending the project to a POC (prove-of-concept) project.- I am responsible for hiring and scaling the design team at HappyFresh, managing five designers, and designing the HappyFresh client and backend apps.
