In my 15 years of working experience, I maturated a cross functional attitude to collaborate with multiple teams from multiple sites spread around the world and effective leadership skills as well as the ability to interface with customers and suppliers. 9 years experience in the space industry as EEE Parts Engineer & Program Parts Engineer. I took over the responsibility of several scientific and telecommunication space programs and complex programs like Iridium Next (81 satellites) for the ACU (Antenna Control Unit) and On-Board computer equipments, and Cosmo 2G for the GPS equipment. Aside from the program managing, I also gained a lot of technical experience with the screening and qualification tests, ESA/NASA/MIL specs, components technology and failures, radiations, upscreening and procurement specifications. I was member of the European international committee for the standardization of the parts and leader of the opto devices with extensive knowledge of PEM (Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuits) COTS (Components off the shelf) components. 6 years in the semiconductors industry as Technical Project Manager in the Product Development Team. I worked on 3DXP technology leading the team toward the 20s qualification and currently on HBM leading a cross functional team (design/layout/verification/ product engineering and many others) spread around the world to achieve the pre-silicon milestones. I gained experience in scheduling and planning activities, a deep knowledge of the post-silicon and pre-silicon technical tasks from the design kick off through the overall design development including the test vehicle development. My expertise is also involving the engineering NPI demands planning. My educational background is wide since I like exploring new topics and subjects.I am also a freelance scientific writer and in my free time I divulgate quantum mechanics topics for QuantumGrad since 2022.
