Involved in additional project work and initiatives, concerning the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital pharmacy department, pharmacy providing injection opioid agonist therapy and TelePharmacy in rural communities.

Oversaw and accountable for long-term strategic planning, operational management of the site, staff management, and budgets. Focused on maximizing profitability and productivity – always striving towards operational excellence. Led staff of 10 professional and 20 technical employees, and was responsible for annual goals and objectives. Successfully managed multiple priorities and projects, and acted as business development representative for Lower Mainland region, assisting in doubling the company’s book of business.
