Hello! I'm Ivana, a third-year Communication Sciences and Disorders student at the University of Florida. Alongside my major, I'm minoring in Deaf and Hearing Sciences as well as Spanish. My goal is to earn a bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders, paving the way for graduate school to become a Doctor of Audiology, specializing in pediatric audiology.During my time at UF, I've served as a Member Services Associate (MSA) at the Department of Recreational Sports. This role has equipped me with valuable skills in professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service. My dedication was recognized with the Employee of the Month award in February 2024. Subsequently, I advanced to the position of Member Services Supervisor (MSS) after two semesters of working as an MSA.
