Lead and contribute to policy advocacy on humanitarian issues of regional and global significance. Key part of my role is building humanitarian diplomacy (HD) capacity in Asia-Pacific and across the Red Cross Red Crescent network through technical advice and convening. Key areas of focus include locally led humanitarian action, protracted and complex crises, and HD in emergencies.
