- Lead the development and implementation the new products based in dead lines and quality, regulatory and marketing requirements.- Prepare the bundle book of the new product for external and internal clients and the Dossier for Regulatory Affairs- Development and launching of powder and liquid stain remover in sachet, doypack and jar presentation-Implementation of saving projects in soaps and cleaning formulas.-Formulas improvements of portfolio products-Performance evaluation by Hunterlab Ultrascan Vis Colorimeter, results interpretation and reports. -Sensorial evaluation

Lead the technology transfer process of new formulas or portfolio product improvements from the global technology center of US, Brazil or Mexico to the subsidiary in Venezuela. Other activities were: To substitute and homologate raw materials, to develop local formulas, cost reductions, to improve quality or performancea and implementation of new technologies.Achievements: - Development and implementation of a new soap bar formula from a vegetable mixture, which avoided the disruption in the production of the soap bars due to unavailability of tallow (Sep-2013)- Implementation of a new formula of Great Regular Flavor (GRF) Dental Cream with a new flavor, which generated annual savings of $2.4 MM to the company (Jun-2014)-Formulas improvement and saving Project implementation in Oral Personal and Home Care Products

Ensure that the products meet the quality specifications established by the corporation through the physicochemical and instrumental analysis of the raw materials, products in process and finished products.Achievements: NIRS Installation, implementation and curves development to determine the active ingredients of dental creams, detergents and soaps at the central lab and minilabs.Main responsibility: To perform the required analysis on raw materials, in process and finished products Laboratory and instrumental techniques: NIRS (near infrared), FTIR, HPLC, GC, potentiometric titration, NMR, Karl Fisher, among others.

Responsibilities:- Quality analyst (rotating shifts). - In process and finished products analysis. Raw materials, finished products and water microbiological analysis. Laboratory and instrumental techniques: potentiometric titration to determine active ingredients, acidity index, Karl Fisher moisture determination, Klett colorimeter, among others.

Ensure that the products meet the quality specifications. Design and implementation of a quality plan at the production lines. Realize quality analysise to the crude oil with the following equipment: penetrometer, plastometer viscometer, Ring and Ball Test, stability studies with Xenon lamp. - Returns of products & raw materials. To elaborate quality certificates and technical sheets.
