CurrentAs Principal I am responsible for clients' acquisition & development, forecasting and profitability, I oversee projects & teams, I ensure that the firm’s services align with clients' needs. I am involved in the early stages of the search process to defining the candidate profile, setting expectations, and aligning on the search strategy. I manage the complete search process for senior-level positions or key roles where my expertise and client relationship is crucial. My responsibilities are summarized as: 1. Strategic Oversight and Client Engagement: Understanding clients' organizational culture, and long-term strategic goals.2. Involvement in High-Level Interviews or in specific sectors where my expertise of the industry is key for a successful outcome. 3. Delegation and Team-project management. 4. Review and decision making: My role in this last part of the interview process is to present the final shortlist to the client and guide the decision-making process.My strengths: Cross-cultural interviewing and placements.
