As a Senior Data Analyst within Fidelity’s Workplace Investing our focus is to serve and partner with Fidelity’s strategic external clients on their data and technology needs. The Client Technology Team's dynamic and diverse skillsets are leveraged to complete sophisticated and exciting projects in partnership with both internal and external partners.We design and build customized solutions to address unique scenarios on behalf of clients. We extract data from a variety of sources (WIDE database schema, client feeds/files, etc.), transform the data to aggregate, translate or apply calculations, then output the results to Client files, Mainframe SCF files or databases. In this role I wear several hats working to develop, execute unit testing, adopt new technologies to improve existing processes all while analyzing outputs for accuracy and alignment to requirements.

A Client Services Analyst III provides support to Client Services Team Leads and client contacts by serving as a subject matter expert and as a technical systems resource for the benefit plans and employee populations of their assigned clients through the daily administration of processes, case management and project work.-Responsible for multiple annual deliverables; Actuarial Extract Valuation, Form 5500, Annual Funding Notice, QPSA Solication for client population of 115,000+-Monitor project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met; notify project manager or client if timelines are in jeopardy-Manage administrative and case management issues as well as data processing activities on a daily basis-Test and analyze system configuration against requirement documents during implementation and administration-Use our sophisticated database of tools to set up a client's healthcare & group benefits database; define data fields, import data, design screens and create queries and reports-Meet with project managers and clients to define project scope and objectives, prepare work plans, documenting project's scope and review with client(s)
