Marcadus is a consulting company in which I worked for a year. During this period I gained a broad experience in project and implementation management. I focussed on all the departments within the organisation and had to collaborate with them. My first project was implementing an ERP system at a Shipyard. I was responsible for helping the team when there were issues, get the whole organisation along, organise meetings to create a new process and a new way of working. Besides that I learned all the insides of the system to teach and coach the employees to work with the new system.
