Managed several brands in the non-carbonated drinks category. Responsible for planning and execution of all BTL marketing activities, retail promotions, cooperation with major Key Accounts. In the brief time spent with the company, I executed three product launches and organized/executed the launch of the major national promotion/campaign Shake&Take targeting Teens and Young Adults in cooperation with several external partners from different industries.

Active involvement and management of all key marketing projects.Event management - organizing NT Conference, the biggest annual IT/business event in Slovenia.Key achievement:- SMB Marketing Strategy setup and roll-out, delivering Marketing impact thru a lead nurturing campaign across the region (content marketing, marketing automation)

For the Adriatic region (Slovenia, Croatia) I coordinated and executed the biggest pan-European project at GSK – the launch of the OTC weight-loss medicine alli®, covering all areas of the marketing mix. The launch of alli® in Slovenia proved to be the most successful one in the CEE region.Later I was also responsible for other brands in the OTC segment.

Managing 10 retail stores (clothing/fashion) in different parts of Slovenia and a team of over 50 people.

Managing mass market brands and products (Garnier, Maybelline) - budgeting, sales forecasts, planning and execution of all marketing activities, sponsorships, PR, etc. Later switching to Vichy (sold only in pharmacies), executing all marketing activities for Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and Monte Negro.

Responsible for publishing the corporate newsletter, managing the entire web site from preparing all the content to regular updating, prepared all the promotional and advertising materials, managed the execution of promotional and sponsorship activities etc.
