More than 20 years in various project management possitions across multiple divisions proved my default philosophy right. There has always been a solution found should we have been working in a possitive working evironment. Premium qualification was a solid basis for project management challenges especially at the beginning of my carrer. My managerial growth however provided me with a deep understanding of how beneficial it is in many aspects to devote my time to targeted development of my team mates; supporting them on their way to find own solutions. Mentoring but mostly coaching approach became integral part of my everyday professional life. As such, we managed to create and carry on Corporate and Compliance department of AZC group providing support to almost 300 companies operating in more than 20 countries of the world. I have been amazed by a cooperation with individuals who really want to move on. With ones who are ready to do something for a real change with lasting results. Then, in my coaching or mentoring interventions, we focus on topics that really resonate with them. These are substantial sources of their unique potential. I work in a sincere and confidential atmosphere that allows mates to openly formulate ambitions in relation to specific work dilemmas, entrepreneurial / philanthropic visions, or personal development goals.
