As the President Director (CEO), I spearheaded the initiative to establish Roketin, created the Roketin logo for the first time, and developed the company's values and northstar. I organized five leaders in each department: Design & Marketing, Technology, Operation, Human Capital, Finance & Sales. Together with all other leaders, we successfully developed the company from a micro to a medium scale. We managed to create solid job opportunities in Bandung, employing over 70 employees ranging from vocational school graduates to postgraduates. Roketin also successfully completed hundreds of project portfolios for private clients, the Indonesian government, and international clients (Germany, China, and Singapore).

As the CIO and late co-founder, I revolutionized the business, management, and technology within the company. I successfully transformed the business to a national scale by implementing workflows and methodologies, creating new systems, and establishing regulations within the company. Together with the CEO, I devised a sales strategy that increased the company's sales.

Leading the Development team, we developed applications for enterprise clients. One of the projectswas an ERP - CRM for the largest bookstore chain in Indonesia. We successfully delivered results and integrated the application with the client's Oracle System ERP using middleware. The team developed and implemented the application into the client's system, creating a highly significant CRM application used across over 300 bookstore branches throughout Indonesia.

Creating applications for several churches in Indonesia, one of which is a church application developed to serve as a type of Software as a Service (SaaS) for multiple churches in Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali. One of the most notable mobile application projects was creating a church application to be used by a church with 3000 branches worldwide. The application was used massively, and with efficient source code, I had to ensure it ran smoothly on Android devices with the limitation of only 1 GB of RAM at that time.

As a Ruby on Rails Developer, I created a hospital application for a hospital developed by the largest Telco company in Italy. Together with the team, we developed a hospital management application using Ruby on Rails technology. We successfully created a stable Hospital Management application that is used in several hospitals in Italy.

As a Ruby on Rails developer, I developed a Finance Management application for companies. I studied PSAK and learned about finance practices in companies, implementing a modular system that could facilitate the application's use in different Chart of Accounts (COA) environments while still providing automatic journal creation features. I created an automated financial journaling system by integrating it with other applications such as SCM and Manufacturing Apps. I also automated the creation of balance sheets and financial reports. The project was successfully implemented in more than 5 companies and operated smoothly.

As a PHP developer, I developed an event management application in Singapore. Using Laravel technology, I successfully created an application with a new algorithm capable of efficiently matching user profiles with events, thus creating a good event recommendation system for users.

Together with the team, we developed an IT Helpdesk application for BAPEPAM LK (Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan) [Indonesian Financial Services Authority] using graphic and data from RESTful API. We developed it using ExtJS 4, a technology that was not widely mastered at that time. We successfully learned the implementation of ExtJS 4 technology within one month and utilized the remaining three months to develop the application. We completed the application within one month, which was three times faster than the target timeline of three months.

As the founder and the first person on campus to establish a tech student organization, our primary task was to provide insights into software copyright. At that time, Indonesia had widespread usage of pirated software, and many didn't consider it a wrongdoing. The main focus of our organization was to spread awareness about the illegality of using software without purchasing licenses. Therefore, we provided insights into alternative legal software such as Ubuntu OS, OpenOffice, Inkscape (as an alternative to CorelDraw), and others. As a promoter, I also converted all illegal software usage on my laptop system to open-source and legally compliant applications. We not only spread this message to over 1000 students at our university but also expanded it nationally by organizing seminars within cities. One notable seminar was sponsored by GIGABYTE Global, where we invited three practitioners and attracted over 200 attendees from various cities, including students from multiple universities.

Together with the President, managing 5 divisions of the association and successfully continuing training classes for juniors, organizing the IEC - Hackathon in the city of Bandung which awarded prizes up to tens of millions of rupiah. Successfully bringing sponsorship from the second largest telecommunications company in Indonesia. In this association period, we successfully produced solid team leaders and these skills have had an impact on their success in the world of work.
