Recently I decided to pursue a new career in a field that challenges me with problem solving skills. I am currently enrolled in a Google IT Support Certified though Merit America through this program i am expanding my skills in Troubleshooting, Networking, Operating System. This program has already shown me so much that I can't wait to see what else it has in store for me.I’m currently a warehouse associate for amazon. I help run totes for the associate working on the line. They have had me training to become a Process Guild. That is where you will help out the manager's run the line or help supervise special projects. Also as a process guild they teach you how to use the programs on the computer like Slack, Google Word, Spreadsheet and also how to navgati to the different websites needed for the work day. While i was working at amazon being a jam clear we would use a special website that would show us all the running conveyors in the warehouse. If we weren't not able to unjam one we would then radio to maintenance and they would then take over. Also while being a process guild at amazon they would ask me to pick out 3-4 other associates and have us go over to the back of the line to build palettes and label them with the day and the department that they belong to and move them to a special area to be processed. While in this role and the many others I have been in, I have learned how to be independent, how to problem solve and how to manage.After working with amazon for the last 5 years i’m happy with the accomplishment i have made with them. Now I'm looking forward to the opportunity that they have given me with helping with getting this certificate. I would like to learn about what it takes to troubleshoot computers and how to protect them with cybersecurity .
