• Responsible for the strategic setup, operational activities, and customer satisfaction; • Authorized person – legal representative for Interea Ltd, agency for employment and mediation in EU countries; • Team Manager - leading a team of 12 employees and three external partners;• Supervisor - preparing, organising and controlling the implementation of professional student internship, monitors and directs the work of students, evaluates their performances and achieved results;• Hands-on experience in labor law and documents preparation for expat recruitment, contracts, work permits, etc.; • Responsible for implementation of the recruitment division strategy in Slovakia and the Czech Republic; • Fulfilling the orders following the requirements and legal procedures in Serbia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic - recruitment of qualified positions and mass recruitment;• Updating and submission of reports promptly from the area of responsibility in leading the branch, recruiting, and marketing; • Coordination of all online, offline, and outreach recruitment activities focused on recruiting foreign labor force; • Identifying and building relationships with partners relevant to supporting labor force recruitment (labor offices, schools, external recruiters, local and regional personnel agencies, insurance and financial companies, etc.) • Ensuring and coordinating all the activities related to the start and of labor-law relations with the subordinate employees; • Continuous improvement and optimization of the recruitment process; • Daily correspondence and communication with colleagues in the Czech Republic and Slovakia; • Employee performance and needs assessment; • Budget planning and weekly/monthly financial reports;
