CurrentOrchestrate maintenance of company database by entering new and updated client and account information, particularly relating to donation services, adhering to entry priorities, and processing donor and account source documents by reviewing data for error. Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Facilitate receipt and designation of checks to appropriate company causes. Manage and deliver training of donor relation services to new and existing employees.
