Responsible for projects related to International train performance management. Usually leading the international project team of experts from different member's companies. Examples of projects successfully finalized:- development of international Incident Management tool, for sharing the information about internationally relevant interruptions in the railway traffic and used for facilitating the communication about the treatment of the trains affected by interruption- development of International Contingency Management handbook, describing the processes of cooperation between affected partners in case of big interruptions with high impact on international traffic- development of Company's Data Quality Strategy for the train information system to achieve the reliable basis for performance analyses and to set-up the standard data quality monitoring, management and improvement processes with data providersResponsibilities within the area of Data analysis and Reporting focusing on the processing and analyzing the data collected within RNE Train Information System (Real time system collecting and merging the real time information about train runs from national IM systems into international trains runs):- development of the standard RNE reporting portfolio for different user groups and coordinating internal expert team to agree on the standard calculation methodologies- preparation of basic data sets in SQL Developer to fulfill all specific data requests and as a basic data models for the standard reports- development of different reports, analysis and visualizations in Oracle Business Intelligence and later in Oracle Analytic server - contribution to definition of the company KPIs and preparation, calculation and analysis of the KPIs related to train performance management- preparation of the performance and KPI reports and presentation of results to company management level- organizing of the workshops, trainings, conferences for members and external parties
