As a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a CPA in Hong Kong and Australia, with over 25 years of experience in financial reporting and assurance services, I have led numerous audit & assurance projects, including those for Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Outbound Investments. I specialise in leading global assurance services projects with clientele including listed companies, state-owned enterprises, multinational companies as well as entrepreneurial private businesses. Apart from client services, I also lead the Firm’s audit methodology implementation in China and AsiaPac region, and plays various leading role in Learning & Development, Human Capital as well as Transformation & Digitization. Having graduated from The University of Sydney, Australia with a Master of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degree, worked as an Associate Lecturer & Head Tutor in Accounting at the university, completed my CPA Australia’s professional examinations as a Top Candidate with highest grade in every module, and seconded to the London office of PwC United Kingdom, I possess solid professional and business knowledge with global perspective. I am known for my technical, project management and problem solving capabilities with proven track record of successfully leading complicated mega-size global assurance services projects.
