•As the Lead Architect for the brightsignal.io product, spearheaded the design and development of a multi-tenant real-time decision management system hosted on AWS. The system employed a hybrid architecture, combining a vendor-sourced decision engine hosted on EC2 instances with numerous serverless components to support customer facing APIs, data pipelines, and authorization. The network design provided robust separation of customer tenants while allowing for simple management. Developed an automated deployment pipeline to provision environments for new clients with a single click•Initiated and led the initiative to secure SOC2 Type II certification for the product. Selected the Trust Management Platform and Auditor, led the technical aspects of the certification project, executed a system hardening process, and implemented all the required controls and standards.•Led the architectural design and managed teams of consultants to configure multiple AWS environments for Marketing, BI, and Data Management tools. Oversaw the planning and execution of on-premise-to-AWS migrations, as well as the successful implementation of integrations with on-premise and third-party systems.
