Passionate about building and fixing... through code that is.While many high school students may not have known what they wanted to study in college, I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a developer, a software developer, an application engineer, a leader. I wanted to design, build, lead and make things better overall. In short, I wanted to bring things to life.I love the feeling of building something from scratch or improving on something that is not working quite right. You see it taking shape right in front of your eyes. Something that was broken before now has new life and what was once a problem is now a solution. Development draws on all of my passions; creativity, structure, analysis, problem-solving and leadership.I have a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and over 20 years experience in all phases of software development. I have been member of a 1-person, 2-person, 3-person and 20+ person teams. I have been a quality assurance analyst, an entry-level developer, a technical-lead and have led teams of technicians and developers.I believe I am a good leader because I try to lead by example and always try to bring out the best in everyone.
