With over 15 years of expertise in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) domain, I have successfully managed and delivered close to 100 diverse, often complex, projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. My journey has been characterized by effective stakeholder engagements, translating different needs into actionable requirements for novel operational concepts, next-generation CNS/ATM systems, and organizational transformation.I have led strategic feasibility studies and conceptual airspace designs, employing advanced fast-time simulations and other modelling techniques to envision future operational scenarios. To date, I have delivered projects for more than 60 clients, organizations, and partners across a broad spectrum of areas, including master planning, safety studies, market studies, business plans, procurement support, and supported various M&A activities.As a passionate advocate for excellence and innovation, I am dedicated to addressing the challenges of the evolving ATM industry, aiming to enhance the safety and efficiency of our skies for global connectivity. In my role within the EUROCONTROL’s Innovation Hub, I am eager to forge partnerships with professionals and organizations leading the change in ATM innovation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in this dynamic field.
