RocketStat Project: In 2022, I architected and developed RocketStat, a robust platform for aggregated analysis of large email datasets. The system processes tens of millions of entries, delivering swift, actionable statistical insights on bounce rates, sender domains, delivery times, spam markings, and dispatch volumes, with support for custom queries.RocketMail Project: Building on RocketStat’s success, I played a key role in designing and developing RocketMail, a comprehensive email campaign management and dispatch system. RocketMail is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, with a strong emphasis on security and data management. The platform is unique in Hungary, ensuring GDPR compliance while delivering millions of emails within hours.Key Achievements:- Designed and implemented a microservice architecture for high delivery capacity and real-time statistical reporting.- Integrated Chamaileon editor for seamless email template creation and management.- Successfully partnered with banks, stock exchanges, and government agencies, demonstrating the platform’s reliability and high level of trust.

Vueform is an Open Source Form Framework based on Vue.js, which serves as the foundation for a drag-and-drop product named Vueform Builder. Vueform enables the easy creation of forms at the code level with serialization, while Vueform Builder allows for the visual editing of forms. With Builder, users can visually design forms and then export both the structure and style. Both solutions are designed for seamless integration into any system.The development and product are the brainchild of my brother, Ádám Berecz. My involvement in the project extended beyond setting up CI/CD processes and configuring servers; I also played a key role in search engine optimization (SEO) and in the operational management of the system.This collaboration highlights the synergy between technical infrastructure expertise and innovative software development, resulting in tools that significantly simplify form creation and integration for developers around the world.

At Payee, a Hungarian-owned startup specializing in digital solutions for debt collection I was approached through a previous professional connection to join their team.Under my leadership we made the system more scalable and sustainable. We redesigned the initial codebase, improved test coverage, and developed both development and project management processes. I also provided team and individual training for Payee's developers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.We established an integration interface that enables service providers, including Hungary's largest online billing service, szamlazz.hu, to connect to the Payee system and offer online debt management services. Furthermore, we developed a white-label product from the system, which is now utilized by one of the world's leading financial and tax advisory firms.

Digital Prime Hungary Ltd. started as a passion project, co-founded by a friend and me as a unique "startup." My friend wanted to leave his job but was unsure of his next steps. After brainstorming and conducting market research, we identified a gap in the laptop rental market. We quickly developed a prototype website, laptopkolcsonzes.com, and received our first order within two weeks. Initially, we rented out our own laptops, but as demand grew, so did our inventory.To meet increasing demand, we expanded our offerings to include projector rentals, launching projektorkolcsonzo.com, which also proved successful. This success led us to further broaden our rental portfolio to include monitors, tablets, and sound equipment.We then consolidated all our rental services into one central platform, digitalprime.hu, making it easier for customers to rent a variety of equipment from a single location. Our websites are designed to be simple yet highly SEO-optimized, allowing us to rank at the top for most keywords with minimal advertising spend.I'm proud to say that, in just a few years and despite the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic, we've established a leading position in Hungary's SME sector. While it hasn't grown into a massive company, it achieved our primary goal: my friend became self-sufficient, and the project now provides passive income for me.

I spent 3.5 years at Stylers Group, where I contributed to a variety of projects across multiple domains, ranging from web development to ERP systems. My role involved full-stack development and project management, leveraging a range of technologies to deliver tailored solutions for clients.Key Projects:- Booking System for Seychelles: Developed a booking platform similar to Booking.com, tailored for the Seychelles market, using Laravel and Angular.- RisingStAR: Played a key role in designing and developing an augmented reality-based platform similar to TikTok for an American startup. The platform was built using Laravel, Python, and Vue. Unfortunately, the project was paused due to a lack of subsequent funding rounds.- MVM (Hungarian Electricity Works) Administration System: Completed and prepared a nearly finished admin system for a security audit. The platform was built using Laravel and Vue.- HVG (Leading Hungarian News Portal): Developed a custom webshop and a unique content recommendation system. Oversaw the project from planning and development to project management.- RockSafety: Developed an ERP-driven webshop with a specialized reseller and discount system.- LowCono: Contributed to the enhancement and redesign of a low-code/no-code platform.

Established a long-term business relationship with Skilltrade Ltd., a company specializing in the distribution and design of hospitality and commercial kitchen equipment.- Initially focused on enhancing their custom-built webshop, including SEO optimization and content management coordination.- Assisted with creating and managing Ads campaigns to boost online visibility and sales performance.- After gaining a deep understanding of the business, collaborated with the ownership team on market research, expanding sales channels, and developing automation processes to improve the webshop’s functionality and scalability.

While working with Inflex Studio, I contributed as a Full Stack Developer to several key projects. I played an essential role in developing the online version of the Slovak National Tourism Card and was involved in building the foundation for Inflex Studio's proprietary chat service.Key Projects:- Slovak National Tourism Card: Developed the online version of the Slovak National Tourism Card, implementing both front-end and back-end functionalities to enhance user experience and streamline tourism services.- Inflex Studio Chat Service: Contributed to the foundational development of Inflex Studio's own chat service, focusing on scalable architecture and efficient real-time communication capabilities.

At Lampyon, I worked as a Full Stack Developer on the Corozon Platform, a cross-platform solution designed for healthcare professionals in Canada. I was involved in all stages of the project, from initial planning and design to development and deployment, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality.

At Webb & Flow, I worked on the development of high-load statistical and data collection systems. As a senior developer, I implemented specifications provided by the development lead and optimized modules for better performance.

At Webaxis Hungary Kft., as the Development Lead, my responsibilities included overseeing software development projects, coordinating the team, and optimizing development processes. I was responsible for making key technology decisions, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects were delivered on time and met high-quality standards. Additionally, I maintained close communication with clients and the business team to ensure that technical solutions aligned with business goals.We developed a 3D escape room in collaboration with the Ecosim team for Nokia.As an official supplier for Design Terminal, a state organization, we executed several projects, including the Tamás Cseh Memorial Program and the "What’s Made in the City" project, which brought together local artisan service providers. Additionally, we were responsible for developing the Design Terminal’s official website.

During this period, I maintained and further developed several websites, including the Speedfitness pages. I also built a custom development system for the esoteric dating site called Harmony Life, and developed a CMS for the Kodály Institute.

At Vatera, Hungary's largest auction portal, I worked for 2.5 years, starting as a Junior Developer before transitioning to the Testing Department.
