Since I completed my master's degree in computer science in 2016, I have been working as a Software Engineer. Mostly as a Senior Engineer at TTTech Auto with a focus on DevOps-related projects. I'm glad that I had an opportunity to work on such projects because I got a broad knowledge of the development and operational practices in the software industry.I have 5+ years of experience in the DevOps field and lately, I've been working on non-DevOps-related projects. During the work experience, I developed preferences toward DevOps but I'm open to learning new things. In general, I'm open to any software engineering-related work because my natural curiosity drives me to always dig deeper into the systems, asking questions and finding answers to them. The question-answer approach and open-mindedness help me a lot when dealing with daily tasks especially when there are some completely new issues or systems in front of me. During my work experience, I worked a lot with Junior Software Engineers. Introducing them to the work, I got insights about the different perspectives engineers can have. That and my interest in psychology helped me to develop skills to put myself relatively easily in another person's shoes. Such skills help me to communicate with the customers too. Since I'm a highly curious person who loves to learn and share knowledge, I would like to be surrounded by engineers with similar mindsets because after all, engineering is teamwork.I am aware that processes and technologies are always specifically tailored to the companies and my skills probably partially match, but I'm willing to learn. I'm curious and willing to find out about your issues and challenges.
