Filmmaker. My short film The Second Man won the Georges Méliès Award at the Mar del Plata Film Fest (2021). In 2023 I premiered my short Animal Transport at BAFICI, Palm Springs -winning a special mention-, Tallinn Black Nights and Fantastic Fest. I'm currently working on Time Out, my first feature film, with the support of Fulgor Lab (Spain).In addition to my work as a director, I teach at the Universidad del Cine (Buenos Aires), where I graduated as a Professor of Filmmaking. I'm part of Colectivo Rutemberg, a production company based in Buenos Aires, where I am in charge of the press and distribution of our films. In 2020 I founded TAIPEI / Crítica de cine, a digital magazine and book publisher specialized in film criticism. In 2022, the magazines TAIPEI, La vida útil and La tierra quema published the Argentine Film Survey with the aim of building an Argentine film canon and putting on the agenda the absence of a National Cinematheque.I currently live in San Sebastian (Spain), where I'm finishing a master's degree in Film Curating at Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola. In parallel to my film projects, I'm doing research on film pedagogy, as part of the writing process of my book “The previous steps. Notes on the training of filmmakers in film schools", to be published by TAIPEI Libros in 2026.
