For more than 20 years working in various multinational technology consulting companies, performing management and leadership functions, managing international projects, services and teams of more than 140 people, my values ​​have remained unchanged: perseverance, humility, dedication, empathy and teamwork.My professional concerns and my training as a telecommunications engineer have led me to study the moment of exponential development in which we are immersed, managing the area of ​​strategy and digital transformation and leading the Techedge's innovation laboratory, Rhinno Labs, where we experiment with emerging technologies and we generate content around them.My personal concerns have led me to explore the transformation of organizations from agility, leading cultural and organizational change as Agile Coach. This approach has allowed me to adapt my approach to the client, based on the delivery of value and on fostering a relationship of trust, respect and professionalism.Nowadays, I help customers to redefine their business processes and strategies through SAP technology.One of my passions is writing.
