Duties and Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate all activities for up to 7 staff, providing mentorship and coaching in an empathic manner to better develop each individual personally and professionally. Both roles were undertaken through the same company and allowed be to develop my skills in order to make exacting parts within set tolerances and to a very high standard.
