I manage the finance and administration departments of both ARM Logistics Trading Inc. and ARMEX Trading US Inc, two companies of the ARM HOLDING group, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic goals. I am tasked with overseeing financial management, administrative functions, and IT solutions. I also share the responsibility, along with the General Manager, for the operations and human resources.Key responsibilities include:1. Financial Management (50%): I am responsible for all aspects of financial management, from daily operations to strategic planning. This includes managing annual budgeting processes, interpreting, and presenting monthly financial results, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as audits, tax exemptions, and licensing. I also oversee payroll and benefits, implement financial controls and procedures. 2. Operations (25%): My role includes overseeing office operations, facilities management, and major equipment procurement. I also negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, manage property leases, and serve as the key IT contact, procuring necessary equipment as needed.3. Human Resource Administration (25%): I oversee HR functions including compensation, recruitment, performance appraisals, and staff development. I regularly collaborate with the General Manager and the operations team to review processes and improve performance. Furthermore, I provide advice on personnel policies and procedures.
