MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS Successfully tightened up stock control, reviewed prices and brought the drinks GP to a consistent stable target Built a closed knit team which greatly reduced staff turnover Ended restaurant theft and successfully implemented prevention measures KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and motivate both bar and floor staff from the front to deliver a prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service at all times• Train new members of staff on hospitality, service and product knowledge• Perform monthly stock audits and reports• Analyse sales and audit reports and implement strategies in order to maximise business profits• Develop and maintain seasonal cocktail & wine lists following current trends and demands as well as creating be spoke events menu • Negotiate prices, retrospective stocks and business supports with various brand ambassadors and sales repre-sentatives• Program and maintain point of sales systems• Dealing and resolving customer complaints when they arise• Manage all aspects of the business during the GM/owner’s absence
