I have successfully managed teams of 300+ employees, leveraging my strong grasp of materials science to drive efficiency and quality.My well-rounded experience includes work with global industry leaders: NXP Semiconductors, HP Enterprise, Dupont, PPG, Mastercard, Visa, and others.I pioneered the development of double-sided printable RFID Paper (SRA3+), certified by industry leaders such as Hewlett Packard and rigorously tested by various digital presses like Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, and others.I developed the AIRTAG brand, which was well-known in Eastern Europe until 2020 and certified by VISA and Mastercard.
