Vanaris TacticsWhile also responsible as a project supervisor and mentor for Whisper Mountain Outbreak and some of our incubator program (TGFI) titles as wellMy tasks as a project manager is included but not limited to:- Building and nurturing fundamental project flow for a healthy project lifecycle.- Establish and maintaining a proper scrum methodology that fits with company's culture.- Monitoring daily tasks for other team members and responsible for their deliverables.- Manage a list of vendors and work with them when the project requires some tasks to be outsourced.- Manage living documents to ensure proper information flow so that every team members won't have any difficulty finding resources they needed.- Allocate resources properly and ensuring communications between department can go smoothly.- Leading formal and informal meetings such as sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and postmortem meeting.I am also involved in a non-production projects and helping to build more efficient operation through SoP improvement and multiple other internal systems as well.
