Transitioned to Newrez LLC after Caliber Home Loans acquisition

As a Genius Admin, I demonstrate problem solving skills to assure customers of swift resolutions to their technical problems daily. I also facilitate training and development of 10 new technicians every 3 months. A large part of my role is monitoring and auditing the 2000+ repairs completed weekly while maintaining organization. In order to increase workplace efficiency, I have learned to implement new strategies as constant change arises. I also possess the skills necessary to uncover customers’ needs and follow through with enlightening solutions. I constantly showcase the ability to thrive on change as products and software evolve.

NAF Future Ready Lab is a unique internship program designed for high school students to gain experience in a corporate setting and prepare for future careers, participate in professional skill-building workshops, and collaborate with mentors to complete a project of value for a major company.As the Logistics Coordinator, it was my job to assist the Future Ready Lab Facilitator in managing two consecutive groups of 20 high school interns who are completing a project of value for Capital One and other key stakeholders. I created daily schedules for managers, business partners, and high school student interns for the Future Ready Lab. I also prepared interns to meet outcome-based metrics to present to Capital One associates and executives, as well as served as the student-facing lead during Future Ready Lab implementation.
