From developing digital transformation strategies to implementing new software and apps on the field. Together with Johanna Schmid, I had the pleasure, honor and responsibility to keep 400+ amazing co-workers happy - at least from an IT perspective.

I was responsible for creating Search, Display & Social Ad Campaigns for Briantalk's digital & physical products and services (mainly on Google, Facebook and Instagram), measuring and analyzing their performance and taking steps to increase RoAS. Furthermore, I did web development & design for several project websites and online shops. Also, as in every smaller team, there were also responsibilites that didn't involve my core expertise, like product development & design, product sourcing from Asia and Europe and even logistics and inventory management. This was a great opportunity to learn about other areas where I don't usually dive my nose into. It broadens your view and skills and gives you a better outlook on the bigger picture of several businesses.
