Having participated in several large scale projects involving a variety of engineering and technological challenges in the development, design, construction, commissioning and delivery of industrial and infrastructure facilities in different environments, I have been fortunate to work within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams while learning what really matters in any team endeavor: develop pragmatic pathways connecting People, Processes, Technology, and Integrated Information Analysis/Synthesis of Indicators, added with the right combination of leadership, positive impact, and acknowledgement to every member and the whole team for their commitment to the common goal.With experience within management teams of multinational organizations, and tertiary qualifications in engineering, management, technology and business, I have been exposed to PMI/PMBoK and PRINCE management methodologies of assets and project life cycle from conception up to disposal, including feasibility studies, asset definition, project tendering, planning (resources/budget, schedule and risks), execution, delivery, operations and maintenance phases.
