- Payroll processes: Hiring, Termination, 13th salary, vacation, leave of absence, time tracking, outsourced employees and taxes;- Accounting - Payroll Conciliation x Accounting x Banking;- Review and implement HR policies;- Employees and expatriates assistance;- Support and integrate others HR expertise processes: Benefits, compensation and people development;- Conduction of overtime and compensatory time workshops to employees and leaders in order to save costs;- Auditing and labor inspection attendance;- Participation in bonus commission negotiation - Executive reports and KPI’s to measure payroll costs.Projects and implementations:- Local Leader of Global HR project (Workday implementation) in Central and South America Region.- Managed the implementation of time tracking electronic system;- Participation in e-social (Brazilian government’s project to unify the sending of employer and employee data);- Participation in Success Factor SAP project: Tests and validations;- Participation in the local onboarding implementation;
