From Chicago office, I’ve analyzed and designed the business viability for the establishment of a new business unit in the US, defining strategy, beginning sales, delivering ongoing market analysis and competitor’s assessment, identifying potential clients, defining target sell prices, calculating costs about products adaptations, prototypes and certifications to make decisions about investments, evaluating particular tax systems of various states.During firsts 11 months, I stared 2 projects, one with Center Point (Texas), and other with Florida Power and Light (Florida), creating a new patent for FPL, a high voltage disconnector switch that is being successfully sold.

Leading the Brazilian industrial subsidiary, I have performed typical duties in accordance with the position, as creating and executing innovative and effective strategies, maximizing business development and market opportunities, performing general direction of all areas and departments as Financial, Accounting, Commercial, Production, Engineering, Quality, Laboratory and HR.During this period I started up in the factory, among others, 9 new production lines, 1 high voltage laboratory for type testing. I also created a fully new representative network, with presence in 21 states. I opened a new commercial office, and began sales in Argentina, Venezuela, Chile and Cuba.I have reached a sustained and average increase in annual growth revenues of 28%, and an accumulated of 109% during the first 3 years, turning around the P&L from losses to profit.
