Report to: Plant Manager.Team: 35+ maintenance personnel, 20+ contractors with 250+ workers (bluecollar). Under direction of the Plant Manager, plans, organizes and directs the Maintenance Department. Interfacing between Maintenance and Operations to ensure resources are effectively focused on increasing reliability. Playing a lead role in the change of the management culture from traditional approach to maintenance 4.0, integrating the new technologies (internet of the things) and new way of work (Agile methodology). Identifying, implementing and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices. Driving skills training, utilizing both internal and external resources to ensure the skills of the workforce are maintained at a high level. Working with capital project teams to ensure maintainability and reliability are integrated in capital projects. Coordinate with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on building equipment, and building and grounds appearance. Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in facility. Develop, maintain, and justify the departments’ budgets. Ensure that appropriate inventory levels for standard replacement parts are maintained. Continuous development and improvement of site standards and procedures. Co-coordinating and executing shutdowns.

Report to: Maintenance Manager.Team: 9 maintenance supervisors, 10+ contractors with 150+ workers (blue collar).Provide technical support to the Maintenance Supervisor, specialists and craftsman on difficult equipment repair issues.Provide troubleshooting support and recommendations to operating units on equipment reliability including emergency work reviews.Support the reliability processes to drive improvements, optimize costs and improve asset effectiveness.Establish, monitor and optimize Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance plans.Managing the mechanical maintenance budget.Preparing mechanical equipment specs and bid evaluations for company expansion/improvement projects (Reviewing vendor drawings and specs. Adhering to industry standards and regulations. Working and interface with vendors & contractors throughout installation process).

Report to: Plant ManagerSuggest, justify and implement work process improvements and creative solutions for problems in the power station. Evaluate new technologies and alternatives for equipment repair, seeking cost and delivery advantages. Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and execute corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problems.Prepare and execute commissioning test protocols, test instructions as well as training. Prepare technical reports.Managing on projects (electrical and mechanical), highly oriented into a tight timing with clear milestones.

Assist in preparation of comprehensive fire protection packages including fire suppression, fire alarm, smoke evacuation, and life safety. Apply sound fire protection engineering principles to assist in troubleshooting and solving client related problems. Assist field personnel in resolving design related installation issues.
