As digital enterpreneur and investor, I offer my experience with a bunch of personally-selected, extremely high-returns projects, including crowfunding and startups, and well-established companies as well, operating different fields, but all linked with the upcoming revolution of digital payments: cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, which will have an enormous impact on the global finance (and not only finance).My daily routine involves many different tasks, ranging from personal consultancy (crypto portfolios diversification and risk management), trading opportunities, producing content for my personal blog and collaborating with other professionals, web development and as well teaching to people basic and intermediate knowledge and skills, which are needed to operate in this field with proficiency.I'm passionate in developing and improving my knowledge and techniques in many fields: cryptocurrencies trading and staking, trading on forex & commodities markets, sports trading, funding startups and innovative projects, a number of B2B & B2C projects involving shopping communities, sharing economy and green energy services.I joined many professionals and entrepreneurs networks for which I attend weekly meetings (2/3 per week), so I can share my experience and knowledge with others in a collaborative way that I use to call "Givers Gain".Last but not least, I follow a few selected customers on web projects and Social Media Marketing on the most popular social media platforms, including blogs, custom websites, e-commerce set-up and management, producing content, SEO check, review, and optimization, and managing targeted marketing and advertising campaigns, making use of state-of-art, advanced tools, in order to help companies generate leads and boost sales.Everything I do, I'm doing it with passion, with the goal of always exceeding customers expectations.

Since the beginning of my job experience with DISC S.p.A. based in Bergamo - Italy, I focused in getting ready on a number existing full-stack J2EE architectures and applications, mainly in Banking, Finance, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Retail markets. My role is not limited in covering and constantly increasing tech skills on both back-end, front-end and mobile application (under improvement) layers, but also in managing relationships and direct contact with Customers, in fact my activity is not limited in developing new or updating existing applications, but also giving support to Customers in maintaining, enhancing, analyzing changes and evolutions of IT systems, always keeping and eye on software quality, seamless integration and coverage of all use cases the end user may face. My final goal is in the direction of constant improvement, faster delivery, continuous enhancement with the objective to please and fully satisfy Customer's needs.

I’m currently employed as Service Manager for Cashlog, a multicountry web and mobile microPayment platform. During the last 3 years I have to adapt to many organizational changes, starting from coordinating a small group of people based in Italy (I managed from 2 to 4 people) with a scope of 4 countries, to become the focal point in particular for Italy, France and Germany countries, managing any situation it could rise, from day-by-day merchant and customer support requests, to more complex technical analysis or troubleshooting, to very complex recovery activities and outage/disasters management. Plus, I played a key role in the 24x7 2nd level support team in terms of setting up and continuously maintain the necessary tech & biz alarms (Nagios platform), and the escalation procedures required for proper management of 24x7 issues, coordinating the flow actions to be taken with 1st level support & Monitoring, HUB & Telco supports teams, Customer and Business. I’m playing also a key role in terms of relationships and analysis with Development, Business, Finance, Business Intelligence and all other departments inside and outside the Company that may be involved. Currently we manage a total of 7 countries, including dedicated B2O solutions developed and customized for big foreign Telcos.

I work as J2EE backend developer and service manager on a Mobile Payment platform system. My main activity is to develop, mantain and improve multi-country integration of electronic payment systems, and providing support to configurations, technical and performance enhancements in order to support the business and integration of new merchants and customers.Cashlog is the fastest way to pay by mobile for digital goods. It's also the easiest. The platform provides the ability to bill the user directly using the availbale credit on his SIM card, or by using alternative payments systems like IP billing, MT/MO payments, and so on.

I worked for eight months as a developer on a complex J2EE web application for the Energy market. The application was based on the Spring framework, Java Server Faces (JBoss RichFaces) and Hibernate 3. I really appreciated this experience because I touched all aspects of software development process, ranging from technical analysis to pure development, rigorous testing and maintenance.

My activity focus on J2EE server-side developing of SyncML synchronization and backup/restore software solutions, interacting with a number of interfaces such web portals, mobile/wap portals, and integration with customer's proprietary server solutions and data base, and I have expertise integrating data with social networks and aggregators (Facebook, Google, etc.), too.I worked also on SyncML and WBXML specifications, in particular interacting with the SMS channel (PDUs, SMS gateways and so on..) in order to guarantee proper synchronization, configuration and compatibility with the maximum range of mobile devices.My last project focused on OTA message creation, following the OMA Client Provisioning specification and SyncSettings specification, and delivery on OTA message with a number of pluggable SMS Gateways implementation.

Development, mantainment and on-site support of custom applications and sw infrastructure, mainly related to content management and content workflow mainly for a big TLC company and in support to many customers that experienced problems with Interwoven platform.

Development of a web application to support software projects, integrating a pre-existing bug tracking system with a version control system, using LAMP architecture (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP). The project included a metric to measure the activity of software projects, and a simple QA support.
