✪ Scope of the project - facilitate the creation of a fan engagement culture and growth of match attendances at Moldovan football clubs through brand-building, content strategy, and digital transformation.✪ Developing and delivering a community engagement plan to attract and retain new fans from schools, clubs, colleges, businesses, organisations, community organisations, etc. ✪ Engaging young members of the community by working with schools and community groups and being visible in the Community through activities.✪ Ensuring there is a focus on converting participants in the club’s existing coaching programmes to regular match day supporters. ✪ Developing a marketing plan so that there is good awareness of the club’s various engagement programmes, that the ‘fan journey’ is delivered to the highest quality (inc. club website, social media, travel, ticket purchase, pre-game activities and entertainment, retail, refreshments, stadium interior and service from club representatives).
