• Monitoring and target performance analysis of the business units • Assistance with budgeting, forecasting and business planning• Target deviation and ad-hoc analysis• Cooperation in development and innovation of controlling systems and instruments• Development of business plans• Participation in national and international projects (e.g. M&A projects)

• Preparation of and submission of the monthly D&A Forecast, annual Budget and 5 year Business plan. Alignment and liaison with MFG/Product Development (PD)/ Profit Analysis staff and management• Analyse D&A costs and present recommendations for issue to issue profit forecast changes to European Project and Property Accounting• Monthly profit forecast review meeting with senior European management• Development and consolidation of European Region D&A (all funtions, not only MFG) cash flow forecast and report monthly Consumer Business Group (CBG) absolutes to European Treasury and to North America for global consolidation• Provide Corporate Finance answers to Car Line Profit Planing quarterly "Flux" analysis.

• Support in preparation of presentations and documentation for European management• Support in preparing, carrying out and following up on meetings on various topics (budget approval, strategy review, revenue management): analysis, processing and consolidation of data and documents, tracking measures and progress• Conduct competition analysis and internet research• Support in the development of European "Go-to-Market" strategy in the area of sales support• Development of a new process for the collection and analysis of transaction prices and price positions for Ford models

• Support and consulting for internal and external projects• Organization and support of events (JCNetwork Days Frankfurt)• Participation in weekly workshops
