I was also nominated statutory counselor to the investments of the group in Brazil (Coelba – Companhia de Eletricidade da Bahia, COSERN – Companhia de Eletricidade do Rio Grande do Norte, CELPE – Companhia de Eletricidade de Pernambuco and Neoenergia, holding company). I was responsible for adjusting the Financial statements prepared under Brazilian, Bolivian and Chilean GAAP to IFRS. Also,.
