Recio Treasury Management –RTM. Provided risk management solutions to international clients investing in Latin America.Responsible for the management of client accounts from analysis through to the implementation of asset allocation strategies in Latin America.Provided institutional clients with innovative structured products and derivatives from asset classes such as FX and derivatives in emerging markets.• Managed a hedging portfolio of EUR20m and USD30m.• Line management of a middle-sized team

Team leader of a group of experts in the creation of new currency and interest rate derivative products offered to institutional customers. Responsible for developing solutions for the Treasury and other high net worth clients of the BANCO DAVIVIENDA.Responsible for long term derivatives and hedging of the bank’s interest rate risk.Part of the team responsible for the merger between DAVIVIENDA and BANCAFE Banks.• Increased trading volumes by USD1bn in derivative markets. • Enhanced the product range offered by Davivienda.• Structured an interest rate and currency swap for USD450m to hedge Davivienda's exposure during a takeover bid of another major Colombian bank.• Determined the strategy for dealing with foreign investment banks during the takeover process.
