I’ve always believed that growth comes from facing challenges head-on, and my journey has truly tested that belief. It began in junior high school when I started making money selling domains and hosting services through Kaskus. Even at that age, I felt a deep desire to build something on my own, and I worked hard to make it happen.My first serious business venture was selling used iPhones in 2015. Still a student, I juggled school with running my business, dedicating countless hours to learning about sales, marketing, and managing inventory. It was exciting, but things didn’t go as planned. I left my studies behind, thinking I could save the business with my full attention. But despite my best efforts, the business eventually failed, and I went bankrupt. The loss was crushing, especially since I had sacrificed my education for it.That failure was hard to accept, but it also taught me lessons I would carry with me forever. I learned the value of resilience, adapting to new circumstances, and the harsh realities of ambition. Despite everything, I refused to let it define me. I moved forward into the world of esports.Starting as a professional gamer, I had the opportunity to represent top teams like Alter Ego Esport and Genesis Dogma Esport, winning multiple national championships. I was also involved in PUBG Mobile ID YouTube content, which helped grow my personal brand. These victories reignited my passion, but I knew I wanted to do more.I transitioned into business development at GPBR Esport, where I started from scratch again—this time focusing on securing sponsorships and building strategic partnerships. My ability to leverage my experience in cold calling, proposal presentations, and negotiations helped me secure key sponsors and grow the team’s financial backing. It was a rewarding experience, proving that setbacks can lead to new opportunities.Now, I’m focused on expanding my skills even further. I’ve enrolled in multiple courses and bootcamps to enhance my knowledge in business. Every step I take is about improving myself and preparing for the challenges ahead.Looking back, I realize that failure and success are both integral parts of my journey. They’ve taught me valuable lessons about perseverance and self-awareness. I’ve learned that it’s not about how many times you fall, but what you take with you when you get back up. The road ahead is still long, but I’m excited for the future.
