• Safely operate Flat-bed trucks transporting plant and equipment to and from Perth to Bunbury
• Completing detailed pre-start checks on all mobile equipment prior to operating and cleaning and re-fuelling vehicles as required
• General Peggy duties, cleaning and mobilisation/demobilisation of crib rooms and offices, ordering of consumables, tools and equipment, performing stock-takes and ensuring the correct house-keeping within the stores.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are complied with including completing JHA’s, Take 5’s, Hazard reports, using effective 2-way radio communication when driving and using the correct P.P.E for each task

Cape Lambert/Mt Keith/Cape Preston/Jimblebar/Tom Price/Olympic Dam/Yandi

• Assist in the maintenance and restoration of processing equipment including Crushers, Screenhouses, Floatation Tanks, Conveyors and Iron Ore Bins
• Casting wheel replacements and replace floors in the flash furnace
• Safely operating heavy vehicles and equipment including 20 tonne Isuzu Flat-bed Trucks, 56 seater Coaches, LV’s and mobile equipment including 2.5 Tonne Forklifts
• Experienced at working at heights, within confined spaces and performing sentry work
• Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of equipment and power tools
• Comply with all site safety procedures including Lock holders, JHA’s,SWP, MSDS sheets, Permits to Work, Take 5’s, Hazard Reporting and performing Pre-starts on all mobile plant and equipment

Yandi And Oxbrow- 2/1 Fifo Roster

• General labouring and Trades Assistant duties for Welders, Electricians, Plumbers and Diesel Fitters
• Ensuring the safe transportation of workers to and from site in 56 seater Coaches
• Operating 40 Tonne Volvo Moxy’s, Cat 740 and Bell B40D Dump Trucks
• Ensure that all safety procedures were complied with including completing JHA’s, Take 5’s, Hazard reports, using effective 2-way radio communication when driving and using the correct P.P.E for each task
• Completing detailed pre-start checks on all mobile equipment prior to operating and cleaning and re-fuelling vehicles as required and per Standard Operating Procedures

Argyle 2/1 Fifo Roster

• Responsible for over-seeing all transport operations including scheduling maintenance and cleaning the fleet of Coaches and Coasters, Trucks and Light Vehicles
• Monitoring 4 bus runs per day, 4 bus drivers, all casual staff, bus timetables and ensuring compliance with Rio Tinto and WA road regulations
• Acting as the approved Bar Manager over-seeing all tavern operations including the supervision and training of 11 tavern staff, ordering, stock rotation and control, till reconciliation, Eftpos and cashier procedures.
• Responsible for developing and streamlining logistical and budget control operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
• Supervising the logistics department and Forklift operators in the drop offs and pick up of pallets and stock

Barrow Island 28/9 Fifo Roster

• Safely transport passengers to and from site in 56 seater Coaches ensuring that vehicles are driven safely and in accordance with Chevron’s IVMS system and traffic rules and regulations
• Responsible for the management of a fleet of 15 LV’s including scheduling maintenance, cleaning of vehicles, driver rosters, organising Blue Keys and VOC’s for drivers and re-fuelling vehicles
• Ensuring the accuracy of work orders when picking and packing orders for contractors including goods receipting, despatch, freight bookings, stock management, monitoring consumables/packaging levels, unloading.
• Assist the trades with the installation of pipelines, tube bundles, cables and associated works
