I co-founded a growth marketing agency focused on B2B SaaS businesses.Many agencies provide marketing services on "mainstream" channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. But these traditional marketing channels are overwhelmed and overpriced.It usually doesn't work well for B2B companies too.We focus on niche markets. Combining our specific skills in tech & marketing, we can offer exclusive services on platforms very few know about.My main knowledge covers:- Quora marketing- SEO (topics & keyword research, programmatic SEO, SERP analysis)- Product Hunt launches- Community building- Content distribution

Our goal is to encourage and help early-stage founders to create useful products and services.After switching from clients' projects to our own, we decided to pivot our brand and focus on helping entrepreneurs launch new exciting businesses.I established a small dedicated community of indie makers. We are a very friendly group of people willing to share and help each other grow our projects.Our main activities:- We designed a unique community portal connected to our Discord server.- We organize regular online events to share knowledge in specific domains.- We have weekly mastermind calls to discuss our progress.- We manage an internal knowledge base where we store helpful information.

A dev agency, I exited in August 2019 to focus on own products.We helped dozens of entrepreneurs achieve their business goals through design thinking and lean startup principles.I led a team of 9 amazing people who were creating web & mobile apps for startups all around the world. We helped manicures in Brazil to scale their business, run a delivery startup in the Philippines, or stop wasting food in restaurants in the Czech Republic.As the CEO of a small company, I was responsible for many things, including:- Setting a company vision- Leading our sales & marketing efforts- Responsible for product delivery- Project management and sprint planning- Managing finances and cashflow- Helping my team members grow

You can answer them or run ads. We build a AI copywriting tool that helps answer any Quora question in a minute. Also, you can set up notifications for new questions that haven't been answered but have hundreds of views.I sketched and built this marketing tool from scratch using Laravel & Vue. We use a complex setup on AWS, Digital Ocean, and Hetzner.As a founder, I'm responsible for the entire product, from getting feedback from customers to prioritizing our roadmap to development.

I took a role of a technical product manager in a young dev studio building a high-quality product for a top US startup. We were an external complementary team that drove new features and integrations on weekly cycles.Our main job was building an integration platform for developers and regularly producing new integrations. My key responsibilities were:- Delivering new product integrations- Leading our weekly planning- Ownership of the integration roadmap- Documenting use-cases and creating tech specifications- Hiring new tech talents from the CZ&SK region- Reporting back to the client

A unique mobile platform connecting cafes with coffee lovers.We offered monthly subscriptions for coffee. Customers could order their coffee in more than 100 cafes in Prague and Brno using our mobile app.I was responsible for the entire product, including:- native mobile apps (Android, iOS)- web platform for cafes- landing page presentation

Web & mobile development studio was founded during my university studies. Later, rebranded to Lunadio.Together with my friend, we were building web & mobile apps for clients mainly from the Czech Republic. I improved my project management & soft skills during this time.I learned the importance of time management and project planning in order to deliver high-quality products within specified deadlines.

Quiz War is a multiplayer trivia game where you can fight with your knowledge against your friends.I build a team of 6 people that designed and develop a popular mobile game. At its peak, over 500 players were enjoying the game every day.Players and gaming media appreciated this game's graphic design, including cartoon characters and an interactive multi-level hand-drawn map.My responsibilities:- team leader- project manager- game designer- UI/UX designer

One of my early startups I've been working on. Tripo was a marketplace with trips created by experienced travelers that everyone could purchase.I teamed up with great people that helped me push this idea forward. We managed to win a competition organized by Kiwi (Skypicker).

My first job position during my university studies. I got an opportunity to work in a fantastic tech-oriented team inside the Customer Service department.It was a great experience to gain knowledge not only in my programming skills but also in customer experience and building relationships with users.My primary responsibility was developing and maintaining web apps and internal systems.I took care of AVG support pages and the e-Learning portal.
