During my undergraduate degree, I was involved in the following research programs all of which were awarded an undergraduate research scholarship:- (2016) Machine Learning Techniques for Modelling of Traffic Data: Collaboration between the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and the National Department of Infrastructure and Transportation (DNIT) for the modeling of traffic data and missing values via Gaussian processes and machine learning techniques.- (2015) Mathematical Modeling and Partial Differential Equations: Study of anomalous diffusion via fractional Laplacian for modeling of biological behaviors.- (2014) Applied Harmonic Analysis and Signal Processing: Applications in signal processing of the Hilbert Transform.My project "Hilbert Transform and Applications to Signal Processing" was chosen as the best project among all projects presented at the Mathematical Institute during the 2015 Scientific Initiation Event at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
