• Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects.• Compile detailed worksheet and specification from costumer’s order.• Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time efficient manner.• Operate Trimble Business Center to calculate earthwork and material quantities for bids, prepare data for construction stakeout, build 3D models to optimize machine operation and track productivity.

• Maintain and safekeeping of equipment’s record and history through PRONTO CMMS. • Ensure all equipment in the plant is in the PRONTO CMMS with all necessary PMs in place.• Plan and prepare all activities associated with scheduled plant shutdown. Plot and conduct scheduling according to its priority and criticality in MS Project.• Manage the work order process to ensure a robust and thorough use of the system.• Track maintenance activities and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.• Optimize maintenance plans and schedules for predictive, preventive, routine, scheduled and emergency maintenance services to production, as necessary to provide for safe operations, regulatory compliance and equipment availability related to equipment and systems plant wide.• Coordinate with the Supply & Logistics Team for the materials, equipment and other resources required to maintenance plans.• Improve current maintenance systems and monitor the processes.• Track Maintenance KPIs and develop and execute improvement plans.• Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis and conduct Investigation Report.• Facilitate Preventive Maintenance and Spares Optimization Exercise.• Develop maintenance procedures to enhances safety and productivity of the team. • Assist supervisor’s for procedural and technical issues that arise from time to time

• Monitor LGU’s compliance with the Project/Programs Implementing Guidelines in the provinces and cities of the region;• Monitor and ensures the regular updating of project status and information of SBDP projects,• Assess and evaluates of project status and concern and provides interventions as necessary and/or appropriate actions per Projects/Programs Monitoring Guidelines:• Supervises/Provide Technical Assistance to field engineers and LGU in addressing issues and concerns regarding project implementation.• Conduct project monitoring validation/inspection for Locally Funded Projects (LFPs) throughout the region.• Provide technical assistance in the review of Program of Works and Detailed Engineering Design including the drawing plans, technical specification, cost estimates, and include revisions for economy and efficiency of the design, as necessary;• Consolidate and Analyse the reports prepared and submitted by field engineers.

• Mill scan using Faro™ 3D Scanner, process and analyse scan data using 3D System Geomagic Design X™ and Control X™ software.• Facilitate root cause failure analysis and application of Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques (eg. Failure Modes Effect Analysis) and conduct investigation report.• Develop project plans for reliability improvements using FMEA strategy• Writing maintenance procedure and PM documentation.• Downtime collation, analysis and reporting.• Statutory equipment inspection (Pressure Vessel Inspection, Open Tank Inspection and Structural Inspection).• Perform Condition Monitoring (Thermography, Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, Vibration Data Collection, Oil Sampling/Analysis, Bolt Stress Elongation).• Downtime collation, analysis and reporting.

• Converts sketches or specifications of the project or product from the requestor into detailed CAD drawings.• Track and monitor engineering and design changes. • Ensure compliance of drafting and engineering standards.

• Evaluates material specifications, monitors and prepares purchase requests for the tools, materials, consumables and spare parts needed by the Mechanical Maintenance and Planning/Lube men crew.• Follows-up purchase requisition status, purchase order payment and delivery status of all mechanical items. • Prepares and monitors mechanical maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance sheets and daily mechanical checklist.• Supervises daily activities of Assistant Planning/Design Engineer and Planning/Lubemen Crew.Conduct analysis of various mechanical equipment base on the daily mechanical checklist and provides maintenance program together with the Assistant Planning/Design Engineer to prevent plant equipment breakdown.• Supervises daily activities of Assistant Planning/Design Engineer and Planning/Lubemen Crew.• Prepares mechanical design and materials cost estimate of new plant infrastructures, revision and installation of new plant equipment.• Prepares drawings of equipment and spare parts for fabrication.• Prepares and monitors status of mechanical work orders and job requests.• Prepares and plans mechanical activities for the scheduled plant shutdown.

• Makes various designs on Mechanical aspect of tanks, pumps, steam rollers, water and stock pipelines and equipment installations related to paper manufacturing.• Takes charge of multi-scope projects in collaboration with Electrical and Instrumentation Department and Civil Engineering Section. • Use AutoCAD in preparation of Mechanical Designs for projects.• Prepares Materials take-off to produce the most cost effective design without sacrificing quality.• Evaluates proposals or quotations by making necessary comparison and enquiries from supplier.• Orders materials required for Single or Multi-Scope projects and ensure if they conform to the specification upon receipt.• Organizes and facilitates meetings to discuss the Timing, Manpower and Availability of Materials for Multi-Scope Projects with concerned departments.• Monitors implementation of projects in close coordination with the Project Superintendent and other department contractor.
