- Plan, decide, coordinate, and evaluate Work Programs for each department of the Academic and Administrative Development Institute.- Ensure alignment with criteria set by the University and Government through Strategic Plans and relevant regulations.- Achieve sustainable academic development and administration services based on quality standards.- Manage key aspects including: Academic Administration and Documentation, Academic Data Management and Systems, Curriculum and Learning Technologies, Academic Competencies and Content Development, Academic Reputation Enhancement, and MBKM (Independent Campus Learning) Program Management

- Encourage the implementation of curriculum relaxation related to Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka and its relationship with partners in the industrial world.- Initiate and develop materials related to the socialization and implementation of curriculum development for Study Programs (Academic Manuscripts) and Subjects (Learning Plans, Rubrics, reporting) in the context of student-centered learning and related policies.- Encourage the implementation of Outcome Based Education both from curriculum development aspect and integrated system construction for all study programs.

- Assisting the socialization process, administrative implementation, and the proposal drafting of internal and external grants program.- Examine the grant proposals that have been prepared by the study program or the ISS team

- Assist in the process of plotting lecturers and classes in General Courses for all Bachelor and Diploma study programs.- Prepare documents, scheduling, and rooms for mid-exams and final-exams for all students from MKWK (Mata Kuliah Wajib Kurikulum).- Carry out socialization activities related to the courses administration, honorarium, and Service Learning.- Prepare and held Service Learning Festival Program for students from MKWK (Mata Kuliah Wajib Kurikulum).

- Promt the development of Semester Learning Plan documents and the implementation of IKU-7 in all Bachelor and Diploma Study Programs.- Carry out socialization activities related to the development of curriculum and Learning Plan documents (Semester Learning Plan, Lesson Learning Plan, Assesment rubric, etc) to lecturers.

Directing business development processes related to non-formal education services for primary school and secondary school students online, offline, and hybrid.

- Development of intensive program learning materials.- Academic teacher (Science) for high school students.

- Provide input and suggestions for the development of flipped learning implementation monitoring system for 8 faculties at IT DEL.- Provide input and participate in compiling documents related to MBKM as implementation guidelines for existing educators.- Help formulate training for lecturers/students and invite other experts upon request.
