I am a lawyer with expertise in corporate, financial and technology law. I am passionate about combining my legal knowledge with my technological skills in order to help companies and entrepreneurs overcome market challenges. I'm the co-founder of Socium, a legal consulting firm for companies that provides creative and bespoke solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. Not only that, but I am also a student of computer systems engineering, and I am interested in developing solutions that combine technology to improve access to legal solutions. I hold a master's degree in business law from Universidad Panamericana and several certifications in cybersecurity. I enjoy learning new things and keeping abreast of trends in the legal and technology fields.
