Baidu IDG Business Reception Team Operations Supervisor/Manager - Manage daily B2B/G2B reception and base operations at Baidu Autonomous Driving Yizhuang Apollo Park, enhancing customer satisfaction. - Lead teams in VIP reception and event projects for government and corporate high-level clients, providing comprehensive one-stop full-process services including reception coordination, on-site event arrangements, and emergency support. - Responsible for commercial research projects, including market research, user analysis, business negotiation, course planning, and overall operations and sales to ensure business targets are met. - Undertake VIP client presentations in both Chinese and English, and train new employees inpresentation scripts and etiquette.
